A man made of ions runs on the energy resource, and the whole deck pivots on it. Simon's alter-ego lets you include events from _any aspect_, as long as they print an energy resource. Overpay with energy, then tuck the event under Ionic Physiology to recycle the power. Take it from a GANIL alumnus: a body of ions would leave you electrically charged, not superstrong.
